Remote Support

At Waterdog Computer Works, we use two different services for remote support.

Customer Account Management

The ConnectBooster Customer Portal is available to all of Waterdog’s customers as a streamlined way of tracking, viewing invoices and paying for services. Payments can be applied using a credit card, electronic check, or you can schedule a payment. Set up your renewals to be automatically paid…no more having to call us to authorize the payment. Customers will also receive notification when their credit card is expiring so they can easily update their information.

Go to Portal: Log into your Customer Portal, request access to your account, or reset your login/password.
